Yoga
Yoga is a way for us to get in touch with ourselves, our bodies, our breath. It teaches us to pause for a moment, to become aware of what is unfolding around us and within us, to breathe in, breathe out and just be for a while. Sometimes still, sometimes in motion, but always fully present. Yoga leaves us with a strong, flexible body, a calm, open mind, and a happy soul.

Dance
Dance offers a wonderful way to establish a healthy relationship with physical movement, your body and yourself. Our dance classes focus on developing awareness of the body, functional movement principles, healthy posture and graceful aesthetic movement.

The Feldenkrais method
The Feldenkrais Method teaches us to become aware of movement and its quality through simple movements and their combinations. The lessons support better coordination, balance, and flexibility. Excess tension is released, breathing improves, and a feeling of lightness often follows. Movement becomes easier and more enjoyable. With regular practice, it can help reduce chronic pain and improve not only the quality of movement, but overall quality of life.

Meditation
Make yourself comfortable, let everything go and relax. The busy mind calms, the tense body relaxes and the soul revels in its inner silence.
