A strength and recovery parent friendly class designed to support your body, energy and confidence in motherhood 💪 Who is the course for This class is designed for mums at any stage after birth – whether it’s been weeks, months or years – who want to rebuild strength, restore core function and reconnect with their body. 📅 What to expect Each session offers a full-body workout with special attention to core and pelvic stability. You’ll move through: Targeted core exercises to support postnatal recovery Strength and mobility work for hips, glutes and lower back Gentle upper body toning for arms, shoulders and posture Functional movement to support your everyday life A calm, steady pace with space to adjust or pause as needed Juliana offers clear, compassionate guidance and personalised options to help you feel safe, strong and supported—no matter where you're starting from. 👶 Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years old) along. While you exercise, your child can stay close, sleep or enjoy the toys, play or snack, and spend time in a gentle, social atmosphere. Feeding, changing and comforting are welcome at any time. You can also come solo if you prefer, as long as you're happy to share the space with little ones. 👥 Small group setting Classes are kept small to create a supportive, relaxed and personal atmosphere. There’s room for progress and pauses, laughter and quiet, strength and softness—whatever your day brings. 🧘‍♀️ About the teacher Led by Juliana Millan – certified personal trainer and experienced yoga and Pilates teacher. Juliana brings deep knowledge of pre- and postnatal movement. Her approach helps you rebuild confidence in your body gently, gradually and effectively. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make it up in another course during the same semester. You can reschedule up to two sessions this way.
