Dance Class for Little Princesses and Knights This dance class is designed for children aged 3 to 6 who want to discover the joy of movement and dance. Our lessons are fun and motivating, helping children develop their physical skills, rhythm, and self-confidence. They will learn basic dance moves, simple choreographies, and have the opportunity to express themselves through dance. In the course, we also work with objects that help children better perceive their bodies, movement, and its principles. We work with space to teach children to perceive both their internal and external surroundings. We naturally incorporate voice and singing, which not only helps develop physical but also musical skills. We respect the anatomical principles of the body and guide children to recognize their own limits and strengths. We draw inspiration from the methodology of Isadora Duncan, who emphasized natural movement and self-expression. For Whom is the Course Intended? The course is ideal for independent boys and girls aged 3 to 6 who want to discover the magic of dance. Lesson Schedule The class takes place every Monday from 15:40 to 16:25 until January 27th (except for the Christmas holidays). About the Instructor Leona Kapličná, our instructor, is a graduate of the prestigious Duncan Centre Dance Conservatory. Leona is enthusiastic, energetic, and her approach is based on positive motivation. Children love her friendly and supportive attitude, which makes them feel comfortable in her lessons and eager to learn new things.
