A motivating midweek session to build strength, improve fitness and boost your energy 💪 Who is the course for This class is perfect for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more energised and grounded midweek. Whether you’re building your fitness, returning after a break or simply carving out time for your wellbeing, this session offers structured, accessible movement that delivers real results. And no – you don’t need to be a fitness goddess to take part. We’ll meet you exactly where you are and grow strength and confidence together, one session at a time. 📅 What to expect This energising class blends functional strength training with mobility and breath-led movement to support your whole body: Core-focused exercises to improve stability and posture Strength work for legs, hips, glutes and lower back Upper body toning to target arms, shoulders and upper back A steady, motivating pace and a great playlist to keep you moving Gentle mobility woven through the session to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed Juliana brings structure and support to every class, offering personalised cues and accessible variations to suit different bodies, needs and levels. 👥 Small group setting With a small group, you'll receive personalised guidance, space to explore your own pace and the shared motivation of moving together. It’s a welcoming environment where progress is celebrated – no matter where you’re starting from. 🧘♀️ About the teacher Led by Juliana Millan – a certified personal trainer and experienced yoga and Pilates teacher. Juliana brings warmth, clarity and deep knowledge of the body into every session. Her teaching helps you feel grounded, motivated and proud of what your body can do – all with music to move you. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make it up in another course during the same semester. You can reschedule up to two sessions this way.
