This rejuvenating workout class is designed specifically for women at any stage of life and is perfect for women after birth—whether it's been weeks or years—focusing primarily on rebuilding core strength. It’s a baby-friendly environment, so feel free to bring your little one along; they can play with provided toys while you focus on your workout. Led by our wonderful teacher, Juliana Millan—an experienced personal trainer and yoga and Pilates instructor—this class offers targeted strength training that systematically addresses every muscle group. Juliana’s deep knowledge, personalized cues, and inspiring playlists will motivate you to give it your all. In this class, you’ll build resilience, balance, and strength across your entire body, with a special emphasis on core stability. The sequences are designed to enhance stability in your legs, hips, and lower back, while also strengthening your upper body, including your arms, shoulders, and upper back. Juliana’s balanced approach ensures you gain strength while promoting overall body mobility. Join us for this empowering course that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and confident, both in your body and in your journey as a mother. We offer flexible payment options, allowing you to divide the course fee into two or three installments. For new participants: When signing up for the course, you only need to pay a symbolic deposit of 100 CZK. After attending the first class, you can decide whether to continue and pay the remaining course fee. If the class does not meet your expectations, you have the option to cancel your participation within 24 hours at no additional cost.
