Are you looking for a Pilates class that helps you rebuild core strength without rushing or pushing? Would you like a practice that fits real life with children—and meets you where you are right now? This course is designed for women at any stage of life, including those returning to movement after birth. No prior fitness or Pilates experience is required—we meet you where you are and help you build strength, stability and confidence step by step. Is this course for you? Yes, if: ▫️ you want to gently restore deep core strength ▫️ you’re returning to exercise after birth or a break ▫️ you want to improve posture, balance and everyday movement ▫️ you prefer mindful, low-impact strength work ▫️ you need a parent-friendly class What the course offers Each session focuses on precise, mat-based Pilates with a whole-body approach: ▫️ deep core and pelvic stability work ▫️ strength for hips, legs and lower back ▫️ upper-body toning for arms, shoulders and upper back ▫️ improved posture, balance and coordination ▫️ controlled mobility and flexibility The pace is steady and supportive, with clear guidance and options for different needs. Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years). Children can play, rest or snack nearby. Feeding, changing and cuddling are always welcome. You can also attend without a child if you’re comfortable sharing the space with others and their children. Group size and atmosphere Classes take place in a small group, allowing for personal guidance and individual attention. The atmosphere is calm, supportive and respectful of different energy levels and recovery stages. About the teacher The course is led by Alice Diamond, a Pilates instructor with over three decades of movement experience. Alice specialises in mat- and equipment-based Pilates, functional anatomy and therapeutic exercise. Her teaching focuses on quality of movement, postural alignment and functional strength that supports everyday life. Practical information ▫️ Payment: 100 CZK deposit at booking; balance after the first class (two instalments possible). ▫️ Trial class: try the first session without commitment; let us know within 24 hours if you don’t continue.
