💬 Who is the course for This course is designed for women at every stage of life who want to gently rebuild and restore core strength through mindful, whole-body movement. Whether you’re returning to exercise after birth or simply looking for a thoughtful, effective Pilates practice, this class offers a supportive and intelligent approach to strength and mobility. The class is baby-friendly—your little one is welcome to join and can enjoy playtime with simple toys while you focus on your practice. 👉 What you will gain: ◇ Restore deep core strength and stability through precise, mat-based Pilates. ◇ Improve balance, postural alignment, and functional strength for everyday movement. ◇ Strengthen hips, legs, and lower back to support a resilient, well-coordinated body. ◇ Build upper body strength in the arms, shoulders, and upper back while maintaining mobility. ◇ Increase flexibility and joint mobility through controlled, low-impact movement. ◇ Develop greater body awareness, confidence, and ease in movement. 👶 Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years). While you practise, your little one can play, rest, or snack nearby. Feeding, changing, and cuddling are always welcome. You’re also invited to come without a child if you’re comfortable sharing the space with others and their children. 👥 Small group setting Small group size allows for personal guidance and individual attention. Alice adapts exercises to different needs and levels, so you can practise safely and at your own pace—whether you’re feeling energised or easing back into movement. 🧘♀️ About the teacher Led by Alice Diamond, a Pilates instructor with over three decades of movement training. Alice specialises in mat-based and equipment-based Pilates, functional anatomy, and therapeutic exercise. Her classes focus on quality of movement, gentle restoration of core strength, postural alignment, and functional fitness that supports everyday life. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled.
