This course is for adults of all ages who want to strengthen, balance, and energize their body through Pilates. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, you’ll be guided safely through effective mat exercises tailored to your level. 👉 What you will gain: ◇ Strengthen your core for stability and everyday ease. ◇ Improve posture and release tension in the back, shoulders, and neck. ◇ Build strength in legs, hips, and arms with controlled, precise movements. ◇ Increase flexibility and mobility through flowing, low-impact exercises. ◇ Leave each class feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. 🧘♀️ Why Mat Pilates? Mat Pilates uses only your bodyweight (sometimes with small props like bands or balls) to build strength, stability, and mobility. It’s highly adaptable—challenging for those who want intensity, yet gentle enough to suit beginners or anyone seeking mindful movement. With regular practice, you’ll notice better posture, reduced stiffness, and a deep sense of body awareness. 👥 Small group setting The small group size ensures individual attention, plenty of space, and personal support. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, whether you want a challenge or a gentle reset. 🧘♀️ About the teacher Led by Alice Diamond, an experienced Pilates teacher with years of practice on both Reformer and Mat. Alice guides students through each movement with maximum efficiency and safety, helping you get the most benefit from every exercise. Her classes are warm, playful, and supportive, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make it up in another course during the same semester. You can reschedule up to two sessions this way.
