Weekly group sessions to enrich and inspire your personal practice. We will explore a variety of meditation and breathwork techniques. Each session will also introduce you to mindfulness practices aiming at enhancing your emotional well-being. This course is suitable for all levels. It is designed to help new practitioners develop their personal practice and it can also serve as a source of inspiration for those who already have experience with meditation.
