Our wonderful yoga teacher Athena will guide you toward a fluid, seamless practice that feels like a dance of breath and movement. Athena's intuitive teaching style ensures that each class adapts to the energy of the group, providing a fresh and revitalizing experience every time. The course is intended for those who already have some experience with yoga and wish to deepen their practice. Each class is deliberately kept small, with a maximum of six participants, fostering a deeper sense of community and camaraderie among classmates rarely found elsewhere. The small group setting also ensures that each individual receives personalized attention and support from Athena. The close-knit atmosphere allows for meaningful interactions, shared experiences, and mutual encouragement. This creates a supportive environment where we can all thrive and grow together on our yoga journey.
