💬 Who is the course for This course is designed for women at every stage of life who want to rebuild core strength post-birth, whether it’s been weeks, months, or years. The class is also baby-friendly—your little one is welcome to join and can enjoy playtime with the provided toys while you focus on your workout. 👉 What you will gain: ◇ Build resilience, balance, and strength with a special focus on core stability. ◇ Strengthen key areas including legs, hips, and lower back to support overall stability. ◇ Work on upper body strength—arms, shoulders, and upper back—while maintaining mobility. ◇ Enhance overall flexibility and mobility through balanced, low-impact movements. ◇ Feel stronger, more confident, and energized for the day ahead. 👶 Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years). While you practise, your little one can play, rest or snack nearby. Feeding, changing and cuddling are always welcome. You’re also invited to come solo if you’re happy to share the space with others and their children. 👥 Small group setting Small group size allows for personal support and space to practise at your own pace. Whether you’re energised or just getting through the day, you’ll be met with kindness and care. 🧘♀️ About the teacher Led by Juliana Millan – certified yoga and Pilates teacher and personal trainer. Juliana offers a warm, grounded space where you can move safely, reconnect with your strength and feel supported. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make it up in another course during the same semester. You can reschedule up to two sessions this way.
