Strength. Stability. Feeling good in your body again. Are you looking for a class that helps rebuild core strength after birth—without pressure to already be fit? Do you want to move regularly, with care, clarity and space to listen to yourself, while staying close to your child? This class is designed for women at any stage after birth who want to reconnect with their core, rebuild strength gradually and feel more confident in everyday movement. No previous fitness level is required. We meet you exactly where you are and build from there. Is this class for you? Yes, if: ▫️ you want to rebuild deep core strength in a safe, thoughtful way ▫️ you’re looking for low-impact but effective movement ▫️ you appreciate clear guidance and a supportive atmosphere ▫️ you’d like a class that welcomes children What to expect Each session offers a full-body Pilates-based workout with special attention to core and pelvic stability. We work slowly, clearly and with intention, focusing on quality of movement rather than intensity. You can expect: ▫️ targeted core work to support postnatal recovery ▫️ strength and stability for hips, legs and lower back ▫️ upper body toning for arms, shoulders and posture The aim is to help your body feel more supported, capable and at home in movement again. Parent-friendly environment This is a baby-friendly class. You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years old). Children can play, rest or snack nearby, and feeding, changing or comforting are always welcome. You’re welcome to attend without a child, as long as you’re comfortable sharing the space with other families. Group and atmosphere We practise in a small group, allowing for individual attention and a relaxed pace. The atmosphere is kind, calm and realistic—some days strong, some days softer, all of them welcome. About the teacher The class is led by Juliana Millan, certified yoga and Pilates teacher and personal trainer. Juliana brings clarity and deep knowledge of the body into her teaching. She offers clear guidance, thoughtful variations and a supportive presence, helping you rebuild strength with confidence and care. Practical information ▫️ Payment: 100 CZK deposit at booking (card or transfer), balance after the first session; two instalments possible ▫️ Trial session: first class can be tried without commitment; cancellation within 24 hours ▫️ Missed classes: with at least 24 hours’ notice, up to two sessions can be made up during the semester.
