A high-energy, parent-friendly class to build strength, boost fitness and reclaim your spark 💪 Who is the course for This class is for mums who want to feel stronger, fitter and more energised. It's perfect for anyone reintroducing cardio and functional movement into their week in a way that respects the body’s postpartum journey. 📅 What to expect Each session blends energising cardio with smart, full-body strength work. The workout is challenging and uplifting, yet always safe for women after birth. You’ll move through: Low-impact intervals to build stamina and boost mood Strength work for legs, glutes and core Toning and mobility for arms, shoulders and posture Adaptations for pelvic stability and recovery A motivating pace, great playlist and space to move your way Juliana offers modifications and guidance so you can listen to your body, build strength at your own pace and feel great doing it. 👶 Parent-friendly setting This course is made for real mums and real days – where you can take time for your body without needing to separate from your child. Bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years) to play, rest, snack or enjoy the group atmosphere. Feeding, changing and breaks are always welcome. You’re also welcome to come solo if you prefer, as long as you're happy to share the space with other mums and children. 👥 Small group setting A supportive small group allows for personal guidance, a relaxed pace and shared motivation. Whether you’re full of energy or just proud to have made it out the door, you’ll be in good company. 🧘‍♀️ About the teacher Led by Juliana Millan – certified personal trainer and experienced yoga and Pilates teacher. Juliana brings energy, empathy and a deep understanding of postnatal movement. Her classes help you feel capable, uplifted and proud of your progress. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make up 2 classess in another course during the semester.
