Led by our wonderful teacher, Juliana Millan—an experienced personal trainer and yoga and Pilates instructor—this class offers targeted strength training that systematically addresses every muscle group. Juliana’s deep knowledge, personalized cues, and inspiring playlists will motivate you to give it your all. In this class, you’ll build resilience, balance, and strength across your entire body, with a special emphasis on core stability. The sequences are designed to enhance stability in your legs, hips, and lower back, while also strengthening your upper body, including your arms, shoulders, and upper back.
