A motivating session to build strength, improve fitness and boost your energy. 💪 Who is the class for This class is ideal for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more energised and grounded in the middle of the week. It’s suitable whether you’re building your fitness, returning to movement after a break, or simply carving out regular time for your body and wellbeing. No prior fitness level is required. You don’t need to be “fit” to join — we meet you where you are and support you in building strength, confidence and body awareness step by step. 📅 What to expect Each session combines functional strength training with mobility and breath-led movement to support the whole body in a balanced, sustainable way. You can expect: ▫️ Core-focused work to support stability and posture ▫️ Strength training for legs, hips, glutes and lower back ▫️ Upper body toning for arms, shoulders and upper back ▫️ Gentle mobility woven throughout the class ▫️ A steady, motivating pace and supportive guidance The focus is on smart, functional movement that feels good and is sustainable over time. 👥 Small group setting Classes take place in a small group, allowing for personal guidance, clear cues and space to move at your own pace. The atmosphere is supportive, welcoming and focused. 🧘‍♀️ About the teacher The class is led by Alice Diamond, a movement teacher from New York with over 30 years of experience working with the body. Alice combines different approaches to create movement that is natural, safe and functional. Her warm, playful and grounded teaching style helps students feel confident, supported and at ease in their bodies. Practical information ▫️ Payment: a 100 CZK deposit is paid at booking (card or bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). Two instalments are possible by agreement. ▫️ Trial session: the first class can be attended without commitment. If you decide not to continue, let us know within 24 hours after the session. ▫️ Missed classes: with notice at least 24 hours in advance, up to two classes can be made up in another course during the same semester. A steady midweek practice to support strength, mobility and confidence in your body.
