Yoga, Strength & Mobility A small-group course combining precision, strength and fluid movement This course brings together the intelligence of personal training with the energy and support of a small group. It is designed for anyone who wants to build strength, improve mobility and move with greater awareness—whether you are returning to movement after a break or looking to add more structure and balance to your regular practice. Each session typically includes: ▫️ core stability work to support balance and posture ▫️ strength training for both upper and lower body ▫️ functional mobility for hips, spine and back ▫️ fluid yoga sequences to support flexibility, coordination and breath You will receive clear alignment cues and thoughtful modifications, allowing you to work safely and effectively at your own level. Group size and atmosphere Classes take place in a small group, offering the motivation of shared practice alongside the benefits of personal attention. This format supports steady progress, focus and a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. About the teacher The course is led by Athena, a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer known for her intelligent sequencing, intuitive teaching style and ability to meet each student where they are. Her sessions are empowering, well-structured and grounded in practical, functional movement. Practical information ▫️ Payment: a 100 CZK deposit is paid at booking (card or bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session; two instalments are possible by arrangement. ▫️ Trial session: you are welcome to try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, let us know within 24 hours. ▫️ Missed classes: if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may make up to two missed sessions in another course during the same semester.
