Wednesday 14:00-14:45

Detaily o kurzu / Course details
Who is the course for: The course is ideal for independent boys and girls aged 3 to 5 who want to discover the joy of movement and dance in a playful and supportive environment. What to expect: The lessons are designed to be fun and motivating, while helping children develop physical skills, a sense of rhythm, and self-confidence. Children will learn basic dance moves and simple choreography and will have the opportunity to express themselves through dance. We work with objects and space, incorporate voice and singing, and guide children to get to know their bodies, their possibilities, and their limits. We draw inspiration from Isadora Duncan's methodology, which emphasizes natural movement and free expression. Advantages of the course: Fun and learning in one – children learn through play and movement. Individual approach – small groups of 4–8 children allow us to devote attention to each child. Promotion of healthy movement – correct posture, coordination, rhythm. Creative environment – dance as a space for imagination, improvisation, and collaboration About the instructor: The course is led by Amelie Lea Janáková, a graduate of the Duncan Centre conservatory and a student of preschool education. Dance has been her lifelong passion, and at Malý kruh she combines it with caring for the little ones. Her lessons are playful, full of joy, freedom, and creativity – because she believes that it is through them that children find their way to movement and to each other.
