Detaily o kurzu / Course details
Natural movement. Joy in dance. A safe space. Are you looking for a class where your child can move with joy and without pressure to perform? Do they enjoy music, movement, and discovering their own body? Would you like an environment that supports natural development, imagination, and self-confidence? This class offers children a space where movement is experienced as play, joy, and a natural form of self-expression. There is no comparison and no evaluation—just respect for each child’s pace and mood. Children gradually become familiar with their bodies, learn to listen to them, and gain confidence both in movement and within the group. Is this class right for you? Yes, if: ▫️ you are looking for a movement-based activity for independent children aged 3–5 ▫️ a healthy and natural relationship to movement matters to you ▫️ you want your child to learn through play, rhythm, and creativity ▫️ you appreciate small groups and an individual approach ▫️ you are looking for a supportive environment where children feel safe What children can expect Lessons are playful, varied, and naturally structured. Children are introduced to basic dance movements and simple choreographies, while also having plenty of space for their own expression. We work with space and simple props, include voice, singing, and rhythm. Children learn to sense their bodies, explore their abilities and limits, and gradually gain confidence in movement. Our inspiration comes from the methodology of Isadora Duncan, which emphasises natural movement, freedom, and authentic expression. Benefits of the class ▫️ joy in movement and learning through play ▫️ small groups (4–8 children) and an individual approach ▫️ support for healthy posture, coordination, and sense of rhythm ▫️ development of creativity, imagination, and cooperation ▫️ a friendly atmosphere and new friendships About the teacher The class is led by Amelie Lea Janáková, a graduate of the Duncan Centre Conservatory and a student of early childhood education. Dance has been her lifelong passion, which she combines at Malý kruh with sensitive and thoughtful work with young children.
