A refreshing and empowering start to your week through full-body strength and movement 💪 Who is the course for This class is perfect for anyone who wants to start the week feeling strong, focused and energised. Whether you’re looking to build fitness, boost your mood or create a healthy Monday routine, this session offers smart, accessible training that sets the tone for your week. And don’t worry – you don’t need to be a fitness goddess to join. We’ll meet you where you are and build strength and confidence step by step, together. 📅 What to expect This morning workout combines functional strength, mobility and breath-led movement for a well-rounded start to the day. You'll work through: Core activation to support balance and posture Strength training for legs, hips, glutes and lower back Toning and stability work for arms, shoulders and upper back Focused movement sequences to awaken and energise the body Integrated mobility work to release tension and improve range of motion Juliana guides each session with thoughtful sequencing and clear cues, offering adjustments and variations to suit your level and needs. You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter and ready to take on the week. 👥 Small group setting With limited class size, you’ll receive personalised support and space to work at your own pace. The atmosphere is motivating, friendly and grounded in shared progress. 🧘‍♀️ About the teacher Led by Juliana Millan – a certified personal trainer and experienced yoga and Pilates teacher. Juliana brings structure, kindness and great energy to every class. Her goal is to help you feel connected to your body and confident in your strength – always with movement that feels good and music that keeps you going. 💰 Payment details To reserve a spot, you will be asked to pay a 100 CZK deposit at booking (by card or manual bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first session (cash or transfer). We can also agree on two instalments if needed. 🎟️ Trial session Not sure yet? You can try the first class without commitment. If you decide not to continue, just let us know by email within 24 hours after the first session and your booking will be cancelled. 🔁 Missed classes Can’t make it to a class? No problem—just let us know at least 24 hours before the session, and you’ll be able to make it up in another course during the same semester. You can reschedule up to two sessions this way.
