Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness – Workshop Find an approach that works for you. Begin with clarity and ease. Are you curious about meditation but not sure where to start? Have you tried before, but never quite found a style that felt right for you? This workshop offers a clear and accessible introduction to meditation and mindfulness, without pressure or expectations. Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable if: ▫️ you are new to meditation and want a gentle, practical introduction ▫️ you have tried meditating before but felt unsure or disconnected ▫️ you want to better understand what meditation actually is (and isn’t) ▫️ you are looking for simple tools to support calm, focus and presence No previous experience is needed. What to expect The workshop combines short explanations with direct experience. You will be guided through the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness, and you will have the opportunity to try a variety of meditation and breathwork techniques. Rather than following one fixed approach, the focus is on exploration—so you can notice what suits you best and what feels supportive for your body and mind. What you will take away ▫️ a clear understanding of basic meditation principles ▫️ first-hand experience with different meditation and breath practices ▫️ insight into which styles resonate with you ▫️ simple tools you can continue using on your own The aim is not perfection, but confidence and clarity to begin (or restart) your own meditation practice.
