An energising and immersive yoga practice for experienced practitioners Move with strength. Explore depth. Refine your practice. This course is designed for yogis with previous experience who are ready to challenge themselves, deepen their understanding of movement and breath, and refine their technique in a thoughtful, supportive setting. How the classes are structured Each session is built as an intelligent and creative flow, gradually guiding you through movement, breath and presence. You will be encouraged to explore your edges while always being offered options and clear guidance, so you can meet the practice where you are. Group size and atmosphere Classes take place in a small group, allowing for individual attention, precise alignment cues and personalised modifications. The atmosphere is focused, supportive and welcoming, creating space for both growth and connection. About the teacher Classes are led by Athena, a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer known for her depth of knowledge, creative sequencing and intuitive presence. Her teaching balances strength with softness, precision with ease, and structure with playfulness. Practical information ▫️ Payment: a 100 CZK deposit is paid at booking (card or bank transfer). The remaining balance is paid after the first class; two instalments are possible by arrangement. ▫️ Trial class: you are welcome to try the first session without commitment. If you decide not to continue, simply let us know within 24 hours. ▫️ Missed classes: if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may make up to two missed sessions in another course during the same semester.
