Parent-friendly Strength & Cardio Build strength. Boost energy. Feel good in your body again. Do you want to feel stronger and more energised after birth, but need a class that respects your body and real life with a child? Are you looking for a workout that brings back cardio and strength without pressure, comparison or rushing? Would you like to move, sweat and feel good—while knowing your baby is welcome? This course is designed for mums who want to rebuild strength and fitness in a supportive, parent-friendly setting. You don’t need to already be fit to join — we meet you where you are and help you build strength and confidence step by step, at your own pace. Is this course for you? Yes, if: ▫️ you want to regain strength and energy after birth ▫️ you’re reintroducing cardio and functional movement ▫️ you want to support core and pelvic stability ▫️ you appreciate clear guidance and safe adaptations ▫️ you need a class that works with children present What the course offers Each session combines cardio and full-body strength work in a balanced way: ▫️ low-impact intervals to build stamina and lift mood ▫️ strength training for legs, glutes and core ▫️ mobility and posture work for upper body ▫️ focus on pelvic stability and postnatal recovery The workout is challenging yet accessible, with options to adjust intensity. Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years). Children can play, rest or snack nearby. Feeding, changing and breaks are always welcome. You can also attend without a child if you’re comfortable sharing the space with others and their children. Group size and atmosphere Classes take place in a small group, allowing for personal guidance and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere—whether you arrive full of energy or simply proud to have shown up. About the teacher The course is led by Alice, an experienced instructor known for her clear guidance and encouraging, down-to-earth approach. She supports each participant in building strength safely and confidently, with respect for individual needs and postnatal recovery. Practical information ▫️ Payment: 100 CZK deposit at booking; balance after the first class (two instalments possible). ▫️ Trial class: try the first session without commitment; let us know within 24 hours if you don’t continue. ▫️ Missed classes: with 24-hour notice, up to two classes can be made up in another course.
