Baby-Friendly Italian for Complete Beginners Start from zero. With ease. In the rhythm of parenthood. Do you dream of ordering gelato in Italy without hesitation? Of asking for directions in Rome, understanding the answer, and enjoying the moment? Are you drawn to Italian, but it has never quite been “the right time” to start? Now it can be— in a course where you can learn and keep your young child with you at the same time. Who the course is for This course is designed for complete beginners—those who have never studied Italian before, or only very minimally, and want to start from the basics in a calm, supportive environment. It is ideal for parents on parental leave who want to do something for themselves, learn a new language, and stay close to their child. What to expect From the very beginning, lessons are lively, practical, and easy to follow. You learn to speak in simple sentences, listen, respond, and gradually become familiar with the language. There is no rote memorisation or grammar tables. You learn Italian by using it right away—in everyday situations that make sense and bring joy. Small groups (3–6 participants) ensure everyone has enough space and individual support. Parent-friendly environment The course is adapted for parents with young children. Children can stay close to you throughout the lesson—playing, snacking, or resting. Occasional interruptions are a natural part of the class, and no one feels out of place because of them. It is also perfectly fine to attend without a child if you are comfortable sharing the space with other families. About the teacher The course is led by Marco Alampi, a native speaker with a gift for turning everyday situations into lively language lessons. He teaches Italian with ease, humour, and a strong sensitivity to beginners—so that learning the language is enjoyable. Practical information ▫️ Payment: a 100 CZK deposit is paid at registration, with the balance due after the first lesson (option of two instalments). ▫️ Trial lesson: you can try the first lesson without commitment and have 24 hours to decide afterward. ▫️ Make-up lessons: with notice at least 24 hours in advance, up to two lessons can be made up during the term.
