Go deeper. Speak with greater ease and precision. Do you understand English well and handle everyday conversations without much difficulty, but still sometimes search for the exact word that is “on the tip of your tongue”? Would you like to speak more naturally, expand your vocabulary and have space for genuinely interesting conversations? The English Conversation Club is for students who already use English confidently and don’t want to work through another textbook. Instead, we’ll talk about the world around us, work with authentic English and notice useful expressions and turns of phrase that can make your speaking richer and more precise. ✨ Is this course for you? We may use articles, podcasts, videos, stories or questions brought in by the group as inspiration. Grammar won’t be studied in isolation. We’ll come back to it when it helps you express something more clearly or precisely. The main focus, however, is always on conversation. 🌸 About the teacher The course is led by Helena Barrera, an English teacher, interpreter and language enthusiast for whom English has long been a natural part of everyday life, work and travel. She has a talent for turning a wide range of topics into lively, engaging conversations and enjoys connecting language with culture, travel and the world around us. Her lessons are varied, informal and built around actually using English. 🌱 Trial lesson ▫️ At booking, you pay only 100 CZK for the first lesson. ▫️ After the lesson, you have 24 hours to decide whether you’d like to continue. ▫️ If you don’t cancel within 24 hours, your booking becomes binding. 💰 Payment and make-up classes ▫️ The remaining course fee is paid at the second lesson. ▫️ Payment can be split into two instalments. ▫️ If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can make up up to two missed lessons in another course.
