Strength training – the path to a strong and healthy body

Strength training at our studio doesn't focus on performance or comparison. Instead, we guide you toward conscious movement that respects your current abilities, needs, and pace, helping you get the most out of each session through safe and meaningful exercise. We emphasize proper body alignment, stability, and breathing.

 

Step by step, we build a body that is stronger, healthier, and more confident in movement. With this transformation, your self-confidence and delight in what your body is capable of will also grow.

Our strength training teachers

Our strength training classes are led by three wonderful instructors. Each of them has a deep understanding of the body, movement, and individual needs. Each works with her own style and energy, but they all share a sensitive approach and a high level of expertise.
