Core & Restore – parent-friendly strength and recovery Rebuild your core. Restore confidence. Move with ease again. Do you want to feel more stable and supported in your body after birth? Are you looking for a calm, strengthening class that helps you reconnect with your core without pressure or rushing? Would you like to move in a way that supports everyday life in motherhood—while knowing your child is welcome? This course is designed for mums at any stage after birth. You don’t need to be fit to join—we meet you where you are and help you rebuild strength and confidence gradually, at your own pace. Is this course for you? Yes, if: ▫️ you want to restore core and pelvic stability after birth ▫️ you’re looking for a calm, supportive strength class ▫️ you want to feel stronger and more confident in daily movement ▫️ you appreciate clear guidance and gentle progress ▫️ you need a class that works with children present What the course offers Each session is a full-body workout with special focus on recovery and support: ▫️ targeted core work for postnatal recovery ▫️ strength and mobility for hips, glutes and lower back ▫️ gentle upper-body toning for arms, shoulders and posture ▫️ functional movement for everyday tasks ▫️ a steady pace with space to pause or adjust The class is accessible, supportive and designed to build strength safely over time. Parent-friendly setting You’re welcome to bring your baby or toddler (up to 4 years). Children can rest, play or snack nearby. Feeding, changing and comforting are always welcome. You can also attend without a child if you’re happy to share the space with others and their children. Group size and atmosphere Classes take place in a small group, creating a relaxed and supportive environment with room for individual guidance, rest and progress. About the teacher The course is led by Alice, an experienced instructor known for her calm, clear guidance and supportive approach. She helps mums rebuild strength gently and effectively, with respect for individual needs and postnatal recovery. Practical information ▫️ Payment: 100 CZK deposit at booking; balance after the first class (two instalments possible). ▫️ Trial class: try the first session without commitment; let us know within 24 hours if you don’t continue. ▫️ Missed classes: with 24-hour notice, up to two classes can be made up in another course during the semester. A steady, supportive class to help you feel grounded, strong and at home in your body.
