▫️ Suitable for: children aged 4–6 ▫️ Class language: Czech ▫️ When: Wednesday 15:55–16:40 ▫️ Teacher: Zuzana Herzingerová ▫️ Group: 4–8 children ▫️ Focus: yoga through play, healthy posture, balance, breath and natural movement ▫️ First class: trial class for CZK 100 🌿 Healthy movement, joy and strong foundations for growing bodies. Looking for a class where your child can move naturally, stretch and slow down? Would you like to support healthy posture, balance and body awareness? Do you appreciate a gentle environment where children gradually become comfortable without their parents? Playful Yoga offers a safe space where movement becomes play. Through rhymes, games and simple yoga poses, children strengthen their bodies and develop balance, breathing and concentration – without pressure to perform. For many children, this may be one of their first activities without a parent. That’s why we focus on a warm atmosphere, a small group and gradually building trust. Children join in at their own pace, become more confident around others and learn to feel comfortable in the group without their parents. ✨ Is this class right for your child? It’s not about perfect poses, but about enjoying movement and discovering their own bodies. We explore simple yoga poses, stretching, core strength, leg stability and gentle work with the arches of the feet. Breathing exercises also help children calm down and focus. 🌸 About Zuzana Classes are led by Zuzana Herzingerová, who has many years of experience working with children and also teaches at a forest preschool. She is patient and calm, adapting each class sensitively to the children’s needs and mood. 🌱 Trial class ▫️ When booking, you’ll see the full course price, but you only pay CZK 100 to reserve your place for the first class. ▫️ After the first class, you have 24 hours to decide whether you’d like to continue. ▫️ If not, simply let us know and we’ll cancel your registration. ▫️ If you don’t cancel within 24 hours, your registration becomes binding. 💰 Payment and make-up classes ▫️ The remaining course fee is paid by bank transfer or in cash at the second class. ▫️ Payment can be split into two instalments by arrangement. ▫️ If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can make up up to two classes in another course.
