Whether you choose yoga, the Feldenkrais Method, Pilates, strength training, or meditation, all of our exercises support your physical health and mental well-being.

 

You can join regular classes taught in Czech or English, or explore a topic that interests you in depth during our special workshops. You are sure to leave us healthier and happier.
